Introduction

1. Definitions

Program:

Softlearn provided by Clicksys.

User:

The individual or entity using the program.

Company:

Refers to Clicksys Company Limited and its partners.

Third Party:

Any external entity providing applications or services connected to the program.

Multi School:

Manage up to 3 educational facilities belonging to the same owner. Extra facilities can be added at a fee.

Unlimited Students:

Maximum 2000 for the top tier plans and 500 for the lower tier plan. Capacity can be extended at a fee.

2. Terms of Use

• Registration: Users must register an account to use the program. Registration requires providing accurate and truthful information.
• Access and License: The program is licensed to the user on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, or distributing the program in any way or form.
• Restrictions: The program must not be used for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Updates: The company may provide periodic updates to the program to improve performance or add new features. Users agree to receive and/or install these updates.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App or interfere with its normal operation. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, other accounts, or systems connected to the App. School staff, students, and parents must use Softlearn solely for its intended educational and administrative purposes.

4. Privacy

Data Collection: Schools using Softlearn School ERP system may collect various types of student information, including but not limited to names, dates of birth, unique IDs, photos, and other records. Data Use: The company uses the data solely for the purposes outlined in its privacy policy and does not share it with third parties without user consent or as required by law. Affiliates and Partners: Schools may be required to share student data with government authorities as mandated by law. By using Softlearn, you acknowledge and consent to such data collection and sharing practices.

5. Third-Party Applications

Third-Party Responsibility: The company is not responsible for any malfunctions or damage resulting from the use of third-party applications.

6. Limitation of Liability

Clicksys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: I. Your use or inability to use Softlearn. II. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein. Technical Support: The company provides technical support to users but does not guarantee the resolution of all issues or the fulfilment of all requests.

7. Governing Law

These terms of use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any dispute arising from the use of the program is subject to the jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts.

8. Termination

The company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the program in case of a breach of these terms of use or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the company.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the App. You are advised to review this Terms of Use periodically for any changes. Your continued use of Softlearn following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
