This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our App, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Logo Display:

We may display the customer's logo on our website, sales presentations, and marketing materials. At the customer's request, we may include an active link to their website's homepage.

Logo and Video/Images Use Case:

We may create a brief customer profile for promotional purposes to be used by Clicksys on relevant platforms.

We may publish blog posts and/or articles that highlight the impact of Clicksys on products and services on customers. These articles may contain customer logos and images including images of customers employees, customers, buildings and others.

Logo Presentation:

The logo will be displayed with a minimum spacing between its sides and any adjacent logos, graphics, or text.

We will not animate, morph, or distort the logo's perspective or appearance in any way.

Prohibited Uses:

We will not associate the logo with any obscene, pornographic, defamatory, disparaging, or libelous content.

We will not directly or indirectly imply customer sponsorship of our product or service.

We will not use the logo in a manner that infringes the customer's intellectual property or violates state, federal, or international laws.

We will not present false or misleading information about the customer's products, services, or brand.

Trademark Compliance:

We agree not to file any trademark applications that are identical to, contain, or are confusingly similar to the customer's trademark.

Our use of the customer's logo, products, and website will strictly adhere to their trademark guidelines.
